      CULINARY ARTS DIPLOMA (9 months)
      The Culinary Arts Diploma is designed for people wishing to launch their career as a chef or to establish their own culinary concept. Us such, it combines in-depth exposure to a variety of French and international cuisines with a strong focus on managerial and entrepreneurial skills. The intensive modules are designed to extend culinary knowledge, with an emphasis on hands-on labs & mastering the new technologies, and to apply one's know-how in a real working environment during an immersion in a gastronomic restaurant and an internship.
      DURATION: 9 months (6-month training followed by 3-month optional internship)
      LOCATION: École Ducasse Paris Campus
      NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER CLASS: 14
      ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
      • 17.5-year-old and above (must turn 18-year-old before the internship starts)
      • No degree or experience required
      INTAKES - TEACHING LANGUAGE ENGLISH:

      FEES: 31 900 €
      Fees include tuition, 40 hours of French lessons, one meal a day , learning resources, tools & ingredients, school uniform

      Hello Bernado and thank you for your comment. The Culinary Arts Diploma and the French Pastry Diploma will give you all the skills you need to launch your career. You will learn all the fundamentals and techniques over 8-9 months. The toolbox and uniform are included in the fee.
