    Just picked this one up. Didn't even need it, but when I played it and saw the price tag, I just couldn't resist. Hands down the best guitar I ever picked up for just 199.00 . No regrets.

    I just bought an RD26CE, I’d put it up against the Taylor 700/800 series I have owned. Love the warm sounds it produces. Maybe you want an inexpensive guitar to travel with, maybe take to the office, I highly recommend it. If you don’t like brite tones, this is an inexpensive option that you cannot go wrong with. The owner of the local music store brings it to me to play, first thing I saw was the barn door and I made a snarky comment about it. I took it home immediately, not even 5 mnts and I said I’ll buy it.

    Loved your presentation. I have an Alvarez I bought in 1987. Still stays in tune. Watched this video several times. Buying one tomorrow ✌🎸 Thank you.

    Purchasing the RD26 AGP tomorrow. I'm a seasoned player, 45+ years, guitar singer performer. Was looking to purchase the MD-60EBG, another great guitar hands down. But I'll soon be traveling the USA nomad style and opted for this model with satin finish non-electric for now, about $300 from my local bud's music store. What an amazing sound and I've owned other Martins, Gibson's, Taylors, Yamahas. All fine instruments though.

      Hey Rumple.. In my opinion, yes. This guitar, to me, is not heavy at all. I guess though, it depends on what you would consider heavy for a guitar. But yes, I'd say this one fits the bill.:)

    Mam does it have truss rod? I m willing to buy but in india alavarez isn't that popular yet, and its my first guitar. So how long lasting it would be do you think?

    • @theremindairbreathingstrap3741
      @theremindairbreathingstrap3741  Před 4 lety +1

      Hey, R. D... It does have a truss rod and it's adjustable through the sound hole. I think this would be a great first guitar for you, and it should last you many years if taken care of properly. I have a lot of inexpensive guitars, as well as, expensive ones and to be honest, I love playing this one.

      @@theremindairbreathingstrap3741 Mam one more question Please. Is it solid spruce top or laminated? its little confusing because here amazon is selling two variants. one with gig bag ( in description - spruce top) and another with strater pack containing gig bag ,strap, tuner...( in description - Laminated spruce top, spruce).

    • @theremindairbreathingstrap3741
      @theremindairbreathingstrap3741  Před 4 lety +1

      @@r.d6981 It's Laminate but sounds amazing. As I said in the video, also, many of the 1970's Yamaha FG series were laminate and they sound fantastic. Don't let the lack of a solid top scare you away. True, some inexpensive guitars don't sound so hot but this is an exception, for sure, in my opinion. The price is great! You could also look at the new Yamaha FG series. They are priced really well but do have solid spruce tops. I am actually looking at the FG 830 but the 820 and 800 are great., too.

      I read the article. I'm from India and here Left handed Guitars are sold at almost double the price of the Right handed Guitar. That's the problem. :(
      This is why I'm planning to restring it to Left handed. Also, the main reason is I'm low on Cash. And I don't think I'll be able to afford the Left handed model any soon.

      Hey, Sumit! I really can't say. I've never played a CD60s. Personally, though, I have never been a big fan of Fender acoustics, but the fact that the CD60s has a solid top is nice. However, I can tell you that I love the RD26. For the money, I don't think you can beat it. I find it very comfortable, as well... great playability.
