Best part of this video is that fact that the bike is actually being thrashed!! I've watched a bunch of these multi-thousand dollar dream bike builds and while the bikes are AMAZING, they build them and they are never seen again. Thanks for REALLY riding this beautiful build. Awesome content.

Simple tools build great stuff. Love how she used her foot to cushion the fork on the hammering job. As I noticed there is adhesive applied on the brake disc screws, that reminds me why my brake disc keep coming loose after a week ride. Also, nothing is more satisfying to see you test your own build at the end of the video.
That's not an adhesive, it's a thread-locking compound (typically known as threadlocker). When you screw in a bolt with threadlocker, the moment the threadlocker reaches the threads of whatever it was going into, you'll feel a slightly higher resistance.
@@yongling9825 nice, do you have any recommendation for this threadlocker? I'm trying to fix this annoying brake disc problem.
Medium-strength threadlocker (typically blue) should do the job, doesn't really matter who made it.

SpookyMindz she’s a tiny thing. You don’t need much stopping power to slow her down. Not only that but it saved her a little weight too 👌 no need for monster brakes when you weigh 115lbs.
Fam. My 130/120mm bike that I use for light bike park use has 2 piston brakes and stops me more than fine... and realllly, just use less brakes, easiest way to go faster. (And yes, I also have saint 4 pots on my DH bike)

Aww, I miss seeing Manon racing... What an amazing build though! One day I will build a new frame up from all-new parts. I would have chosen different tyre sealant though, might as well have put yogurt in
First I was gonna say something about that gear-ratios, but then I realised that she's Manon Carpenter and probably wasn't going to have any problems with it...
If someone's interested, I've counted the teeth:
Front chainring: most certainly a 30T
Cassette: Shimano CS-M9000 11-40 11 speed
Tire: most certainly 27.5" and about 2.6-2.8"
That leaves us with 1.69m per crank rotation for the slowest gear and 6.14m for the fastest.
If you have a girl like her, marry her and never let her go ;) !
