CORRECTION: Pretty much everything I say about Achidna's Fangs is talking out of my ass. So ignore it. There isn't any true knowledge on the interwebs about what they do, but they seem to affect health steal on critical hits on any weapon, the fangs or your scythe. They can be used quite effectively if you need health (NIGHTMARE?) but will certainly overshadowed by later high-damage builds.

You mentioned there was only one collectables within this dungeon. Actually 3. Two Relics and one Stone of the Mystics.
Uhu! Thank you so, so much! I did not know that you could Death Grip the minion dead guys, so I was stuck on that area for goodness-knows-how-long! Finally, I can move on... Many thanks, again! :-)
Because it's not about efficiency, its about getting everything as soon as possible, so that we are in the best possible position at each point throughout the game. If we didn't backtrack before going through the City of Dead, we would be several stonebites and even a level poorer. Optimized, if you will.
I used to have a possessed axe. Named it "Can Opener".

Achidna's Fangs:
Searing Venom grants health on achieving a critical hit. This health boost is quite large and appears to be based on how much damage is dealt.
Searing Venom is also applied to the scythes as long as Achidna's Fangs are equipped.
Advice for you dude, when ur creating distance use your gun, it build up a lot of wrath... :)
Fast travel not available what should I do
i know i'm a couple years late to this game, but i gotta say your videos are terrific. ill look them up just to get me past a part i'm stuck on but then end up watching the entire video because of funny and insightful commentary, and the wonderful catchphrases "chesty chest" "skull punch face" and such.. . you have a true talent for it!
Man the puzzles in this game are insane, just beat the game today and I love the dungeons, just a pain in the ass sometimes with a limited games schedule

Kuddlesnot the achindna's fangs special ability Is not poison damage it applies a 2% health steal each hit multiplied by your weapon combo. So using you ghouls as a distraction you can easily use these on bigger enemies to fully heal quickly. Note the steal multiplier is not effected by arcane or scythe combo. Hope this helped

When I was killing her I stood right underneath her and i only lost half as much Health no matter what the attack was, and she is more vulnerable to more damage!
I love this boss fight. The lighting is so atmospheric and scary.
Did anyone else forget to collect the relic of renagoth at 9:33? Just turn around towards the pressure plate deathgrip up the wall and it's right there

Hey guys if you are having trouble with this boss in psychameron and you have skilled chouls. Then the most effektive way to beat this duo i by putting on redemption and fire away while you keep the ghouls coming so that you have a nice bit of distance the whole fight and then when he is low you can just finish him out with reaper mode. You will need max 1 potion if this is done correctly
Almost got him with no potions but that last stage gets CRAZY
My dumb ass was stuck on the first part. It's good to finally get through that puzzle. I thought I needed both ghosts on one side of the wall for the second gate to open.
Still. I beat the boss a whole lot easier than you did though. No deaths, no potion, and no reaper form.
This part of the game has had me stumped for a week , Im about ready to smash my pc , casual gamers this is not a game for you. Thanks for the walkthrough.

Had my PS3 stolen in 2014, which had this game in it. Never did finish the game and was so distraught I haven’t played it again until the last couple months.
Anyways, not many dungeons I have issues with...save this one. I referred to your walkthrough on at least five separate occasions. In any case thanks for the help and I continue to appreciate your walkthroughs.
Looking to replay Darksiders 3 again. Finished on normal pretty quick, but I’m sure I missed a few things so I look forward to that walkthrough

Look, from 13:00 when the Dead Lord opens that door you don't have to go through that door :D Just jump and use Death Grip to jump to the other side( side where Dead Lord is) :)
After defeating this boss I’m fairly certain this weapon won’t be acquired if you don’t have room to carry anymore sub weapons. That’s what just happened to me.
I am definitely wrong in the video. But i can't find any info saying something like what you said. I see possibly 100% health on critical hits on any weapons, a flat health steal, etc etc. Where did you figure that out from?

+Kuddlesnot hey dude, you probably won't believe this but at 10:20? The switches? I got them exactly right the very first time I tried. I was so shocked there was no fight I was expecting enemies to pour in once I finished the switches...nothing. Now I know I was just born with a silver spoon stuck up my anus... :P Still can't believe I got right by sheer dumb luck!

At 4:00 i was stuck here for a few years mostly bc i was ass and lazy to hop on the xbox 360 but I FINALLY BEAT THEM AFTER SO LONG.. so i came straight here bc i didnt know what to do 💀
Just think about how good it will feel to pull out the Reaper on those giant Stalker things and just own them after all the pain they gave you.

It's a shame that we can't accompany lords along the journey
I do it because as a 100%, I need to get achievement/trophies. On PC, with steam you can only achieve them once, so for the sake of the videos i do it on a console so I can earn them as many times as I want. Otherwise, i prefer PC. Any video (the DLC for example) where there are no achievements I did on PC (albeit with a 360 controller, for this game especially b/c the keyboard controls suck.) If anything so I can do the video in 1080p instead of just 720p.

awsome vids kuddlesnot big fan of your guides for both games. just have a question about methodology. you obviously have to return to the tree at some point to enter the next realm. wouldn't it be easier to do the city of the dead now and the backtracking before you enter lostlight? sorry for nitpicking but i'm methodical that way. in any case great guide

always end up killing the bosses without health potions sucks having to keep restarting XP

i was hopping to see how to get out of the psychameron without fast travel..... looks like it is impossible
Cannot pass the 10 minute part. I can only activate the middle and right device and then cannot lock onto the left with the view guide. This is something I have come back to over a number of years and it still does not work. I'm thinking is there a fault in the game😡
Aaaaand the sound is glitched for me...Great.
I tried lowering everything and nothing happened.
I tried to save and exit and nothing happened.
I thought maybe the sound is glitched only in the Psychameron and it's the same outside.
Deathinitive edition fixes the issues with Darksiders 2 by adding more problems.
10/10 - ign too much sound.
oh yeah, and Belthirs Talons work Great against this boss combo.

so im guessing that Resistance is really good in this fight? isn't that what the Resistance stat is for? resisting elemental attack from your enemies??

I'm stuck.... Lol, I killed the third ghost with the spider but I didn't receive his fangs, and I can't seem to shoot out the blue stone on the way to his cave. So I seem to be stuck on episode 24, psychameron, any advise??
