fingerboarding scene is pretty alive although it's pretty much only on instagram!
tech deck good to start with but come on now we got Blackriver, Flatface, Dynamics, Goo LTD, DOH Fingerboards, Margaret River etc. Blackriver got those 7 ply fingerboards. Got Chems too. The fingerboard game is awesome esp. if you can't skate anymore due to injuries/age.

@@jhaeceighwatson7456 sadly you just missed some great black friday sales esp. from Dynamics. They are some of the best complete set ups around too. I prefer ordering all my own parts and putting them together myself.
then you got some companies like Level Up that sells parts.
Then you got sites that sell ramps and stuff. Blackriver sells it all.
Just youtube Flatface and see all the shit Mike has done for the community. He's like the Tony Hawk of fingerboarding. Like him or not that's a fact.

Think it’s been about 7 years since I’ve last visited your channel, which is wild to me. Just wanted to come by to tell you how much I appreciate you making my childhood. I started watching you when I was 12 and would watch your videos RELIGIOUSLY, and I’m 23 now and living on my own, so I guess I’m doing alright lol. It’s good to see that you’re still creating content, and I hope you’re doing good!

You have to push the tail down with your middle finger so the board goes up into the air, but the board also has to bounce of your index finger so the board can rotate. Thats how to kickflip.

This is so cool of the Skate team. You’re braver than I am playing with those. I wanna try them out so bad, but I like to keep them new. I guess I can stick with my old tech decks. But it’s a shame, because this is the first fingerboard I’ve owned that wasn’t tech deck brand. These are way better quality.
Maybe one day I will bite the bullet and get the super high quality fingerboards, with actual bearings and stuff. Basically a real skateboard but mini. But last time I checked.. those can get expensive

Real good tip btw is to use cleartape on the griptape to take off dust and actually break in the tape faster. If you stick it on cover the whole thing then apply pressure and tear it off you make the grip alot grippier immediately!
the fact that there's any kind of PR packages for skate makes me so excited, i think it means things are heading in a really positive direction and they want hype rising!

Prob China trucks and wheels. Tech deck style wood. Nothing high quality like Dynamics/Blackriver trucks or Ills/Oak/Dyn wheels. Flatface G15 board etc.

Wasn’t a tre flip. Actually, you did a 360 pressure flip. Pressure flips are when you press down on the tail and it scoops like an inward heelflip without having to flick

Board slide kickflip was clean dude! And not clowning on you or hating in any way but the tre flip and varial flip were actually 360 pressure flip and pressure flip, and I’m pretty sure the varial heel and heel flip were also “pressure” but still valid tricks none the less! Impossible works almost the same way. Just gotta get the finger under the board and let it wrap around

I bet if the fingerboard was weighted, as in it weighed about 3 ounces, then you could more easily land that tre flip instead of making it a tre double flip because it would flip slower.
