Hi Bailey, you were talking about using the topper on your shirts. I do that all the time and I have people comment saying ‘why I don’t ‘. Well I like how it locks in the stitching and makes a much neater appearance. So you do what makes you happy. I feel I’m putting a good quality product out there and it makes me feel better.
I definitely agree! It may be extra work but it definitely makes me feel more comfortable stitching on shirts! Thank you so much for the encouragement!!

I use the magnetic bobbins in my embroidery machine
I definitely should get some, I have a few that came with the machine but I haven't used them lol
I recommend magnetic bobbins
I have heard those are good! I got a new box of a different brand that looks and feels better and I tested it out and they work so much better!!
i'd say wind your own bobbins! ! use a metal bobbin and rewind when I run out. It does take more time but I don't have to worry about bobbin issues.

Check your bobbins and make sure you have the right weight! I accidentally ordered thread that was too light for my flatbed and it was a mess until I got the right ones. I have the newbrothread
Yes definitely I think these bobbins were too thick/felt more like sewing thread than embroidery thread so the new kind I got feels much lighter and works much better!!
I'm buying the bobbins from Brother directly, it's 50 for 144 bobbins, never had a problem with them.
I got a new pack from Amazon from a different brand that has been working perfectly!!

And I love my chickens!!! They have way more personality than you would think they do. Definitely research breeds before you buy. With you having kids, you will want some that are not only hardy to your environment but also kid friendly. Sorry, know you didn’t ask for chicken tips but it is something I didn’t know when I first got chickens. I just wanted all the pretty eggs. -Cristi
I will but it's probably going to be quite some time before everything is done and pretty lol! I definitely want chickens and try to have the boys help with taking care of them. Apparently though our county has a rule that you can only have up to 4 chickens which makes me so sad!! Also I love any and all chicken information so feel free to share anything and everything lol. I have a few homesteading and urban chicken farming books!
I was wondering if weight or can you change the tension. I buy 2 different weights of bobbins. Also when you opened that ruler you can iron on. That reminded me I bought one and have no idea where it’s at. I have 2 iPads. I didn’t realize I wasn’t following you on this iPad. I subscribed today 😊
I definitely think the New Brothread was too heavy for the thread I was using on top so when I switched to a thinner one it worked much better!! I do that all the time where I order something and forget where I put it and have to order it again lol but I hope you can find yours!! Thank you so much for the continued support!!

Getting back to normalcy is going to be great I’m sure. We just moved and finally got settled and now I feel like I can get back to giving my business more of my time/energy
I'm probably just going to be making them on the cream right now! I've decided to try to go through all my inventory before getting more items lol so I've got a ton of the cream so I'm just going to make a set amount in cream! Moving is definitely hard and getting settled can be tricky so I'm glad you're getting back in the groove of things!
