- In preparation for the upcoming maintenance, for those who don't mind getting spoiled early, here is the Short Story run that will be coming in next.
Speed ups and tons of cuts done on this video, because it will be purely about repetition. We end up with an 8-minute video vs the actual 1 hour run :3 - Hry
They should make at least 1 side story like this for each character. It will make much more interesting

I went back here because I forgot what I was supposed to do like "wait am I supposed to go bankrupt because Lynn really has bad luck?" And then, I saw that there was a letter so I went back and checked and did the story. And then I was so confused like huh, beans? What's wrong with Soylent Red being made out of beans, why are everyone so grossed about it? I literally thought it was human flesh. I didn't even know Soylent Red was meat to begin with lmao. This was the weirdest short story out of the four lmao.
Lol xD it's a crazy story where in the living world, the vegans are complaining; but then in the spirit world, they hate the thought of being vegans :))
That! That even made me more confused lmao. And the fact that Rue and Marty Jr. are the special customers here made me more confused like I'm sure Santa doesn't want Rue to buy stuff from the nether world... and how did Marty Jr. end up in the Nether World? Like bruh, Marianne would literally scold you for an entire week. It's enjoyable tho, but it's still weird af.
Btw, I didn't get Beth☹️ maybe the next week diamond rewards will give me Beth, lol.

i recently found this out and it made much more sense to me so here is it if you didnt know; theres actually a dystopian scifi movie called Soylent Green (i believe it is also based off a book?) where basically the soylent "green" turns out to be made out of humans. this side story is basically a rather cleverly made satire of it, where everything is the opposite... i found it quite comical once i found it out.
I thought I'd played wrong. however, it needs a lot of time to complete this damn scenario.

So technically I didn't need to have to pay the last 5mil gold, I could just go to the 'meat' plant and get kicked out of the netherworld instead. Although I won't get the full stars if I do that.

You just have to keep opening for business and earn lots of gold, then pick the bribe option when you have enough gold to get the star pieces. The shady guy would eventually come out when you have around 4 million gold (more or less) :3

I think grim reaper's reaction was the same for "meat" option in my playthrough. But there weren't any riots in the story text. People were suspicious, but still ate the meat anyway.
I picked meat, and the Grim Reaper was a little upset. He allowed Lynn to go back to the human world, and pleased to never go back lmao.
