So well produced for a live album, the band are spot on.
I agree that it sounds good. I have enjoyed listening to it with my spiffy headphones & DAC/headphone amp, and I think the engineering, recording quality, mixing & post-production were generally exemplary, however....'something' was missing. FWIW & IMHO, it sounds just a bit too compressed & dynamically flat, which, in-turn, robs it off the energy one would have experienced in the hall. Perhaps my judgement has been clouded by it being on YT, but I have heard better on YT too. So, I think there were some 'goosebump' moments missing from the listening experience.

This Albums true stars are producer Pete Walsh ...Derek and Mick ....pure perfection. Its the only album i can still go back to after 40 years and still get goose bumps.....
Headphones on...on every track ..you can either tune your senses into it as a whole...or pick out the bass...the synths....drums...

Great performance! BTW, the arpeggiated part heard in the last minute of the song (and mixed to drift between left & right at the back of the soundstage) was a really nice touch! It picked up the torch & carried the 'vibe' of the song forward, while the band calmed down & let the energy they created drift into the cosmos.... 👍
