- A volunteer who was ticketed by Houston Police for feeding the homeless outside the public library back in March was found not guilty in a criminal court trial earlier this week.

Thank goodness. I understand that the law is a health & safety issue (they don't want people feeding them with tainted food, either accidentally or maliciously.) but, giving someone a hot meal once in a while shouldn't be an offense.
Yet the government areas that are giving out food is expired or rotted away so they are nothing but hypocrites who are embarrassed when citizens show the uselessness of the government
