I have been walking the streets of Lviv everyday for a month now and I am encouraged by the amount of renovation happening! You can’t fix everything in one day. As for graffiti, I haven’t been to a city yet that didn’t have it! Once again, a wonderful video and thank you for the captioning. It puts context to the buildings I see and city I’m experiencing.

Дуже облуплений Львів
Так, жодне місто не застраховане від процесів старіння та зносу, і Львів не виключення. Облуплі фасади та інші знаки зносу можуть бути симптомами недбалого утримання або фінансових обмежень, які перешкоджають реставрації та консервації історичних будівель.
Проте, важливо зазначити, що реставрація та відновлення історичних об'єктів є можливими за належної уваги та підтримки з боку місцевих влад та громадськості. Багато міст успішно відновили свою культурну спадщину, привертаючи туристів та створюючи естетично привабливі місця для місцевих мешканців.
Важливо підтримувати історичну цінність міста та працювати над його відновленням та збереженням на майбутнє.

Так, Львів дійсно прекрасне і магічне місто, яке сповнене історії, культури та неповторної атмосфери. Вулиці, вкриті старовинною бруківкою, чарівні площі, мальовничі будівлі, аромат кави та шоколаду - все це робить Львів особливим місцем для подорожей та відпочинку. Заглибитися у вуличні вистави, насолодитися живою музикою, відвідати місцеві кав'ярні та ресторани з національною кухнею - це тільки деякі з тих речей, які можна зробити, досліджуючи Львів. Тож, якщо ви ще не були там, вам варто відвідати це чудове місто і відчути його неповторний шарм і теплу атмосферу!

With regards to the buildings, any construction should conserve and use the original facade(front street and side street access) with preservation of historical interior where structurally possible
.New advanced technologies can be added in a tastfull and low impact way to maintain historical architecture. Total removal would be a loss to the city and the nation as these buildings are the true character of Lviv and Ukrainian continuous evolution.Having respect for old original structures shows the world that Ukrainians can stand proud as historical and responsible Europeans.Keep adding the historical notes to all the walks you do as they become great tutorials and insight into the styles and cultures that made Lviv what it is today,plus these recordings will be available to everyone not lost in some old museum display.Thank you as many of these streets I have walked and wondered how they changed and what was behind the doors.Any demolishing would and should be classed as criminal actions of historical vandalism.Further, we hope you are saving all these on a separate hard drive as archival data that would eventually end up in the national archives as the transitional views through the seasons are becoming a historical collection of Lviv during the 21st century.

Peeling of the Walls . ? don'tto fix em . few climbing vines over them . some half dressed temptations posing .couples entangled into each other with beer glass in hands ? and present them like no where else . people will flock to experience that don't exist anywhere else . its about creating desires and creating means to satisfying them
