They destroy each other, and this is the first time in a while, I honestly want to see them play more since I like their Rivalry but since GO1 hasn't been in as many tournaments as Sonic and Kaz I think this is the Kaz and Sonic arc.

G01 only seems to beat Sonic when the stakes are low, but any major tournament Fox seems to just whoop him. He really needs to change his team up, unpredictable characters is a very real strategy.

He’s too good, because he mixes up his strategies. If he loses to someone, he flips the script and changes up his team, just to keep the unpredictably factor up. The man is good, but I’ll never forget when Go1 mopped him 10-4, or when Hook beat him at the summit

You're exaggerating the unpredictability a bit. He's been running 16 and Bardock for months now. Since Vsfighting which was in the summer. Sure he's changed out the third character a few times but 16 and Bardock are his real team. Maybe other players can benefit from changing things up a bit. Even GO1 is dropped Cell for Kid Buu.
Also those FT10s are long history even before the May patch which nerfed Adult Gohan quite a bit and Vegeta's assist(which was heavily abused by so many players)
@@bluemagictx510 I have to agree. To argue that he's only winning because he changes his team is asinine given that other top players are changing their teams too. It's only one part of the battle. And yes Bardock and 16 have been his core for hot minute now.
I would have to say this was one of his more impressive wins given he had the worst possible bracket.
BlueMagicTX he might not completely change up the team, but switching out a character definitely changes up a team’s dynamic, and when it’s a character nobody usually plays, like Hit, people don’t know how to counter him. Sonic has done this plenty of times before in his fighting career, he trains with multiple characters and when an opponent gets an advantage over one, he changes character and forces them to adapt.
BlueMagicTX Sonic also abused the character, in fact his team when he fought GO1 was Vegeta Cell and 16, the cancer crew that was focused on the dunking strategy

It's fucking boring to watch and no reason to watch when you know 1 person will win all the time. This is the case with every type of competition. It's supposed to be entertaining but it's not. But once more money becomes involved in fighting games and people stop watching because of 1 person winning in any game, decisions will be made to keep it entertaining, meaning people will be paid to take dives to keep viewers. This happens with all sports.

I don't even like Sonic that much, but you diehard haters are honestly embarassing. SFV at release had natural 8 frames of lag (corrected now to 6 and half, which is still embarrassingly tuned for casuals) and is often roundly mocked and criticized by the pro's who play it. DBFZ's playerbase has been populated by a huge and diverse collection of pro's and champions in other fighting games since day one. Practically every high-level DBFZ player was already high level at another game, or multiple of them. He's literally fighting the final USIV Capcom Cup Winner in this very video.
SF is alot more difficult to play then dbfz.
