Hi, Jessica! I'm currently working on my nursing prerequisites, and at the end of the year, I'll take the TEAS exam. I'll be doing A&P 1 in the fall semester and ending around the middle of December, however I'll be taking the exam BEFORE moving on to A&P2. I was feeling a little discouraged, but hearing your story of having no background in either and still passing has given me motivation.
I just purchased your study guide (science section) 10 minutes ago, haha. I like the bullet format because it's similar to how I take notes. I'm going to start studying right now (although I won't be able to do much until June because I'm taking microbiology, chemistry, and three other courses this spring semester). I want to get started as soon as possible, and having an AP1 background will help me prepare for when I take it in the fall. I'll be able to start reviewing AP2 earlier as well.
I'll let you know my score once I take the exam, which won't be for a while, but I'm sure I'll want to thank you once I see my results.

Hi Kris, I think this was posted earlier. It’s more basic, this is a lot of information so I did say it backwards. thank you for clarifying. A pH less than 7 is acidic. A pH greater than 7 is basic. The pH scale is logarithmic and as a result, each whole pH value below 7 is ten times more acidic than the next higher value. For example, pH 4 is ten times more acidic than pH 5 and 100 times (10 times 10) more acidic than pH 6.

two weeks notice can be tricky for anyone. It is a lot of information to consume in that amount of time. The study guides and flash cards have all the concepts you need to know. If you need more detailed explanations I would check out the courses. You can look at your old exam and see what sections you need the most help on. For example if you scored high in all areas of the exam but did poorly on the science I would say take the science course. (same for math). If you need an overview of everything the study guides and flash cards are good too.
