This custom radius gauge is a tool for measuring the radius of rounded corner / fillet.
This radius gauge is made of FR4 PCB material which is rigid and durable. Those features combined with cheap price make it the perfect material for this kind of objects.
I decided to make one circular disc with all the different radii in ascending order. Rotating it, testing different sizes is the most intuitive way in my opinion to find out the correct radius. Personally I don't like the type with separate "blades" for each radius. It's good for inside radius gauge, but not for outside radius gauge.
