Chompie’s brisket sliders are delicious. So, that’s a bonus. This location (the original I think) recently closed to everyone’s dismay, but they’re still alive at another location.
That brisket gravy must be delicious because I’ve never seen Raina consume so much gravy before!

In this video, one would think that Raina is not going to complete this challenge until towards the end when she decides to finish it. Those sliders are the size of regular sandwiches. Looks great though!
Normal size sandwiches are not eaten in 4 or 5 bites. Unless you take really big bites.
@@MrsWellner she’s a speed eater… definitely a decent size, especially given their height. Maybe it’s small compared to a foot long subway sandwich, but we all know American portions are way too big.

I think they call it a Jewish slider because it’s brisket on a Challah roll with Potato pancakes which are are all popular Jewish foods. It sounds delicious and I wish I could try it. Potato pancakes have egg in them, so it’s not hash browns.

Brisket is my favourite and it makes the best gravy.
Those are pretty big sliders...probably double the size of most sliders! Stunned they sent someone to watch you to insure no cheating....CRAZY!

I'm Jewish, brisket is a common holiday meal, but I've never had anything like this, and on Challah rolls (which, are the best!!!) Me want!!! It looks amazing! I could probably only eat 4 and a fair bit of onion rings, but I've got to put this place on the bucket list if I'm ever in the area. Great job!
Correct me if I’m wrong. But growing up in a strict Jewish family and grandmother. We were never allowed to have cheese with our brisket? Was that just my grandma thing? They even say that’s not kosher!! Lol but it looks so good!
@@huyannaclearwater3530 Oh I've never had dairy and meat together (growing up). I was just commenting on the unique use of brisket in the slider, it just looks appetizing.
I don't keep kosher (outside of the holidays) but still keep silverware and plates separate etc... but grew up between conservative at home and orthodox (my grandparents, grandfather mostly). If we went out to a restaurant, we could never tell him, it was forbidden outside a Jewish deli.
That taboo dairy and meat goes back thousands of years. Jews felt it wasn't right to cook a kid in its mothers milk. (A goat was called a 'kid').

Called jewish sliders bc brisket and potato pancakes(latkes) are jewish food staples. Definitely not kosher bc of the cheese and meat.
Also should add looks like that is challah bread which is also a jewish bread.
