1. Right to annual leave (30 days paid) and public holidays
2. Right to recieve salary on time
3. Right to maternity leave of 45 days paid leave after working for 1 year
4. Right to retain your passport with yourself, if employer keeps its against labour law
5. Employment/residence/work visa should be fully provided by employer, and should not be deducted from employee salary
6. Official working hours are 8-9 hrs, weekly 48 hours as per labour law
7. If you want to resign, you don't need the employers permission after you have completed the contract
8. If you don't complete the contract/notice period, the employer can take action against you
9. When you resign you are entitled to receive gratuity and NOC from previous company
10. If you are terminated, you have a grace period of a month to get a new work visa issued from another company in this duration. If not then will have to go back to home country

confirmation letter nahi milta the only thing that matters is your employment Visa and your contract.probation count hota hay the day you signed your contract or Visa stamped on ur passport

Ha passport le lete hai koi koi but ye illegal hai law main nai hai Dubai k so politely bol employer ko ki passport nai de sakta...
And ha contract banta hai 1year ka minimum job chood nai sakte tab taak job leave karni hai toh fine(1month salary ya jo employer bole wo)
