Thrustmaster T128 can not pair to the Ps4 fixing -

Make sure connect all cables good
If u see a green light that means computer ( PC ) mode
You need to change to the PS4 or PS5
And do the mode button and right direction button 5-10 seconds than green indicator will turn into blue
Than you are good to go

Hold the mode button until it flashes green. Keep your finger on it then press right and the colour will change. I have a PS5 and red worked for me. I found this in the manual

Thank you, but not quite true. You need to hold the mode button on its own for a few seconds until the green lights flashing, then you press the right button to turn it blue

Mine calibrates and everything while on PS5 mode, it worked for a few minutes and now my console isn’t reading the device when I hit the home button, but I can still use the buttons to change them over so I know the buttons work but the PS button won’t connect it to the console. Any ideas?
