If the hall is busy, don't spread you stuff out to take a whole table. Esp. when half your bingo equipment is stuffed dolls and framed 8x10 pictures of your dog. (Or at least offer to make room if someone's looking for a seat?)
This is great. I stop playing because of people heckling and cuzing. Also screaming at yhe caller. Like they dont have anything to do with your numbers not being called. But I don't agree about the seating. If it's reserved or stuff is there fine. But unless you pay rent on that seat..regulars don't own them. I won't purposely steal someone's seat. But regulars shouldn't expect no one else to seat there.
Loved this one! When I used to play (I played since I was like 7 [Mom worked in a hall that allows kids]until I was in my 30’s) 1. We only played papers in our area and they were laid out on a table for the workers to sell - when people who didn’t work there would try to go through the piles to get their own sheets. Drove me NUTS! 2. When there are wilds and one is in the chute and someone gripes after .0002 seconds and yells “WILD”! 3. Taking a regular’s lucky seat absolutely on purpose (like coming extra early to do so) to cause drama. 4. I never cared when a newbie got excited to win - I only cared when they got excited and a regular scoffed at them for being excited. I’m always happy when someone wins - I would hope they would be happy for me…so I give back that energy. 5. If you cut in line & you take MY cards and win off of them. Expect to have a voodoo doll made that night and if your back constantly hurts…perhaps you’ll think twice next time.
I have a one DON'T "LADIES STOP PEEING STANDING UP AND PEE ALL OVER THE TOILET AND FLOORS" So if you pee all over the toilet seat you must be peeing all over your legs n feet. UGHHHHHH Then others go seat n seat on your pee. I take baby wipes n clean the seats b4 I seat.
I’m not gonna sit in a regulars seat on purpose but they don’t own the seat so if they really want it they need to make sure they get there early enough to get it. If they arrive and someone is sitting in that seat they shouldn’t expect them to move. The place I play at doesn’t do reservations for seats. It’s like you know what time they open you can get here by then.
OMG, I was totally wondering about this this morning after watching a bunch of yours and others' videos! Perfect timing! Love your sweater! Weird question - are bingo cards/pull tabs recyclable?
You know - that’s been a huge question of mine when you see how many tabs are used. If nothing else, hopefully they are using recycled paper for the tabs that are easily biodegradable. Great question!!!
The phone issue is a pet peeve of mine. I can’t stand people who answer a call in the middle of a game! Also, a newer one, people complaining about streamers. It's ironic that the ones complaining about streamers are the ones who are loudest and more distracting than anyone else.
i used to work at a bingo hall as a runner decades ago. The only thing I didnt like about it was dealing with gambling addicts.. maybe that can be discussed. Other than that, I loved it. And I agree with all your points concerning Bingo Etiquette.
Yes for the phone thing. Where I usually play they always announce before we start to silence them. Now I can understand someone having it go off once ok they just forgot fine. But one time this one guy had his go off 4 times in the same session. Like dude turn it off. Also his ring was a dog bark.
Don't come in early and put out daubers on hecka seats for people you think are coming and 2 hours later just pick them up. (Vanguard every time) I actually think halls should require a buy-in to hold a seat but I'm probably alone in that.
I’ll be honest the don’t be negative a cussing stuff can be hard sometimes. I had one session I got screened 7 times which is of course very frustrating. I tried my best to hold it together though.
How about we mind our own business. A lot of fights happen in a bingo hall because people like to offer up their 2 cents. Lets allow the hall to handle it or at least just stay out of it. I know it can be hard because often its someone eho i know as a friend or family member. But getting involved and making it escalate is NOT helping the situation and a lot of us just came to play and have peace and we want to go home. Lol.
That’s just a valuable life lesson in general not just as bingo. If it doesn’t involve you stay out of it and it will be handled by whoever is there to handle it.
How about when someone needs a number and after every, EVERY game they have to tell you what they needed and wants you to look. I mean I’m a quiet player. I don’t talk unless I’m with someone I came with and then again I’m still quiet. I don’t see what it matters to me what you needed. Because frankly I really don’t care. Neither one of us won so let it go.

Please part 2!!! Glad I am seeing this before ever going to a bingo hall!😊

when people CUT in line for the dab games/pull tabs
Don't harass the Caller.

Yes omg all of these are so important!!

Theirs nothing wrong with streaming so long as you do it in a way that’s not distracting to other people like they do on here.

I can’t stand when people rub your back or shoulders after you been winning trying to get your luck😡
Ew, are you sure those aren't just perverts?
How about: Don't say bingo as a joke, or say, 'yes' after "any other bingos?" As a joke.
I agree with everything you're saying. And I agree with the other person about touching and rubbing on you. Stop trying to take my good luck.
We are not permitted to save seats or tip...my tip - respect others is my tip - smoke AWAY from the building not at the entrance

I think all Bingo Halls should read some house rules before games. If you don't, you're just inviting fights between patrons.

I don’t mind if it’s a couple but I would say more than like 3 then it’s a problem.
I was looking for the video about the lucky money and donations

Sometimes you just can’t help it! You have the expectation of being set and think it’s yours and BAM - Monitored. Totally understandable!!!

True!
Don't keep looking on my cards. I am quiet and you're looking at my paper and telling she needs this number that's jenks me.

Don't touch me or my daubers.
Don't stand behind me when I am playing, looking over my shoulder. This goes for slots too.
I am going to a bingo hall (first time) tomorrow. Can i play just pull tabs and not the bingo cards?
What did you end up playing ?
