- Bought it new from Best Buy for $375 out the door, shipping included. It is 4k UHD and has eARC hdmi, so far very impressive as TCL quality and reliability still there. Yes it is better than 55” no doubt :)
It is released in June 2022 and i got it in October.
The 58" is $300 from Best Buy but cheaper at my local Walmart. They have a bunch for $269. They are clearing out for newer TV's. Definitely get it professionally calibrated. Makes a huge difference!
How do i get the google play store on this tv and use web search

You have to switch to streaming services and at least 300 mbps internet speed modem. I don’t find any cable box that output 4k. It is limited to 1080i and old technology. Most cable companies have 300+ mbps modems, you gotta ask them. Thanks for watching
Is the TCL S455 with Roku TV better than TCL S446? I know S455 is a new model but S446 with Google TV seems better. Which system do you prefer? which model do you think is better?
TCL with Roku tv is their main product, besides Roku TV is well known for years. Google tv is good but do you need them or use them?. Both 65s455 and 65s446 are 2022 model. I prefer Roku over Google tv . Easy to use and very dependable. You can get google tv with 4k Chromecast device for $29-39 if you want google tv options. Both systems and both tvs are good but you have to choose, i choose Roku.

I bought the Walmart 65s41. Only $228 for Black Friday. I don’t think it will be the same as yours. I’m going to pick it up tomorrow.

@@omarzazzle it works great and it’s the exact same tv as in the video. Walmart gets the same thing as Best Buy but they change the model number.
I got this tv for Christmas and it isn’t bad but definitely not for gamers or lefties with the remote and I had a 10+ year old Samsung 43 inch

How are the tv speakers alone sound?
@@Gasani86 it sounds fine, i have it set to theater mode. I mostly use receiver run through, so my sound are Dolby Surround through Denon, but the TV speakers is clear but not much of bass typical of small speakers

I got a 65 inch S41 and I’m still hoping to get an actual ps5 gaming tv because this is far from it hardly gets 4K no 120 FPS the HDR is causing my screen to flicker and sometimes literally goes back to a boot screen for a second or two and it can’t use VRR (no TVs in my house can but still) ALLM doesn’t work
S41 is that walmart model? You should go to TCL website and go into the tv you are interested and look into buy now, it will show affiliated stores that sell that tv with discounts. I got this from there too, but i m not gamer but home-theater guy, mostly on dolby and dts movies and 4k content. I might replace with 75” on this series on Thxgiving time. So far i love it! @@MrMtr999 I’m mostly wanting to go for a slightly better brand like lg or Samsung for my own home theater/gaming needs, because my brother is the one who helped get this tv I kept saying I wanted a 80+ inch he said it won’t fit yet I have a stand for an 80+ inch tv that’s why I got this stand to begin with, a 65 inch I have to move it around to get the best angels and all these problems are what I’ve discovered in my 4-ish months of having it.
@@raikerthedestroyer4092 Samsung or LG are more complicated, I have found that just buy the specs on tv that you want, find the one that works well with your need and ease of operation and functions that you understand is the best of all for me. Not all expensive tv are great, it comes with features that awe you on that day and you never use it again, what is the point of buying that? I found that this TCL has enough features I need, 4K, hdmi, easy and great Wi-Fi, responsive to hooking up with Denon receiver, Apple TV, and ChromeCast, easy fit with Sony 4K UHD disc player, great picture, Roku system, and cheap fitting my home theater budget, the thing works and I love it. Yeah I hear you, but good luck on Samsung or LG, they make awesome tv but their ecosystem is different and price! I love TCL it is my style. This is my 3rd one from TCL, love it.
@@MrMtr999 I’m not the biggest tcl fan (as it’s my first tv from them) and roku is just not for me. I don’t like simple things I love getting in depth and Messing around with TVs and I need a bigger better remote (I have pretty big hands) the roku remote is not exactly made for a lefty like me I have to put the remote face down to even turn the volume up or down

@@BryanVL99 not much difference to be honest. It is just who carries them ie: Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, etc. It is good , budget TV.

No sir, the 65s455 only has 1 eARC input, you need TCL 65R648 that sell for $1300- $2000 depending where you buy from, that model has 2 standard 2.1 hdmi, but for $375 This 65” is really really good, I love it. Thanks for watching.:)

The 2021 TCL 65 in R646 Google has 2x 2.1 HDMI $699. The 2022 TCL 65in Roku R655 has 2x 2.1 HDMI $950 both at best buy
I edited my comment. Both tvs at that price point are 65in. The smaller sizes are cheaper
