- Today we got a chance to experience the 2023 Food And Wine Festival SOFT OPENING At Disney California Adventure Park! If you know us we LOVE attending the 2023 Food and Wine Festival at Disneyland, it is truly one of our favorites of all time! Not only does the Food and Wine Festival at DCA have the best vibes, it also has even better foods to try! So come along as we try new food at Disneyland! If you didn’t know every year the Disneyland Resort puts on the Food and Wine Festival and this year it will run from March 3rd 2023 to April 25th 2023. Lots of the food was disappointing…. In your experience from past events do you think it might improve past the soft opening at all? Seems like a lot of effort to set themselves up for failure for a whole 6 week event!

We thought for the past three years the food and wine festival has been amazing, so this was a bit disappointing to see. Truly disappointing. The pork belly was my absolute favorite food of the festival last year. It was soft and melted in my mouth. It SHOULD be overcooked to the point that it falls apart. I hope they smooth out the kinks.
