If you have two potatoes, two tomatoes and two mozzarella at home you cannot fail to prepare this dish which is of a crazy, irresistible goodness. The potato caprese as well as being truly elegant in presentation due to its colors and its composition, will immediately conquer you for the amazing taste it has. A lunch-saving or dinner-saving idea ideal for this period. Will you try it? Good both hot freshly made and cold or in any case lukewarm.
