    I have made many of your projects because you have great instruction. I love that you don't gab at us like so many tutorials do, just straight forward here how I do it, no nonsense! Your purse tutorials are my favorite but I am going to make some of these headbands, for sure!

      May I ask what the best measurements would be to make the bow headband for a child of say 6 years of age? Should I drop 1 or 2 inches from the casing and head band do you think? Thanks very much, Celeste.

    Thank you. This is beautiful. I would like to make an eight inch wide headband like this with simple ties instead of the elastic. I don't know if I will end up pulling my hair or if it will be less comfortable or liable to fall down without the elastic though...

    I wished you had modeled it for us.
    I put in the CZcams search engine for this pattern as I just bought one of these at our church thrift store, they can't keep them on the shelf.
    I have lots of bandanas that keep slipping off of my head, and I thought I would try to remake them into this style that has the elastic, the elastic keeps this from slipping when I am doing yard work and other vigorous activities

    This was a great tutorial! It was easy and I’ve made a few. Was wondering what would the fabric measurements be for baby, toddler and kids? I’ll be using cotton fabric.

    I finally sat down to make this today and wasn’t able to scrunch up the fabric without the thread ripping. any ideas?

      Use lightweight fabric like cotton rayon or chiffon, you can use folding method rather than scrunch up. Thanks for watching
