Well done young lady. Back in the right direction. This isn’t criticism it’s just advice after watching your performance. Your movement was excellent but your punching power didn’t seem to be your best. When you set your opponent up you need the power punch to be there. The power comes from your stance and body shape but that’s not there for some reason. Great win but there’s much more improvement to be made. Be the best that you can be and the power will arrive.
