Considering the sins each rule a ring I doubt lucifer would talk about what goes on in his ring with them. Their hell borne citizens are safe from the extermination so none of it effects them and I doubt they cross rings too much so unless they watch the news from pride I doubt they know too much about what goes on there.

the line angels get to remain in the sky makes no sense to me. cause when lucifer fell it proved that heaven has rules.
It's the fact none of those rules are being in forced *after* Lucifer's fall.
The Angels (at least the exterminators and higher ups as, what I am guessing, 90% of heaven doesn't know about the yearly extermination in hell) are doing much of what the sinners are doing but they are still in hell while said Angels are *remaining* in heaven when they should also be going to hell too.
Vaggie was throwen in hell for *not* killing a resident of hell (I think the clip shows a child cannibal) by Lute - Adam's second in command. Vaggie was not fallen by *her own actions* but by another's. Vaggie didn't want to kill a child even if that child was one from hell and as a result, she fell and lost her right eye.
They have exterminations, legalized genocide on hell.
i think they were talking about how adam stayed in heaven even though he killed people and is just a general asshole. along wiith most exocist angels.
personally i think it would be hillarious to find out that only people killed in the extermination are the ones who are "redeemed" it would fit in with the song hell is forever. and would be funny for charlie to to find out shes the one who damned her people to what is essentially purgatory.@@vexile_gacha
It does make sense if you think about it, all Lucifer did was enact a change that would better humanity while Adam and his little harem exterminators are commiting mass murders to the people of hell
