Please consider the classic case of Lalu Prasad Yadav. He rose to power because of caste. He misused his power and influence to make money as CM. He was convicted after long time due to a weak judicial system we have. In the meanwhile, he successfully played his politics and rose to become rail minister. He indulged in more corruption. He goes to jail. Taking full advantage of the judicial system he enjoys the jail, Furlow and everything. As a result of his corruption, his children enrich illegally. They also become successful politicians. Your grand principals justify their bail and make the job of investigating agencies extremely difficult. What incentive do the officers in charge of investigation have to prosecute the powerful people. Can the country progress with such implementation of law? Please do not mislead people.

In Jharkhand State ,According to CNT& SPT act law there is prohibitet shall & transpar of the Adivasi trible land .But this time many of Non trible land mafiya has been acopai the trible adivasi land whoever migrand trom up Bihar , they transpar themself of thier name and that is agaist the traible land act law.Yet why ED not has been arest them .?

So there is no law rather it is Jungle of laws where it is Judge who decides as to which law he should apply. HC Judges differ from each other and do not get their mind applied to the law or the constitutional law. They talk or pronounce many thing do not include in their judgement. When it comes to Judiciary it is seen one way and when it comes against the Judiciary it is another way.
