john lone fucking killed it in "year of the dragon". what a performance he gave in that film.

這世界待薄了上天賜給尊龍的美顏和天賦，以及後天他個人的堅毅和努力，對他最不公平的是不讓他主演霸王別姬，徐楓和陳凱歌還要抹黑他，説他耎大牌，其實是製片人徐楓不捨得錢請一個國際巨星拍片吧！
大概天妒英才是這意思，同是中國人卻虧欠了他，那些抹黑他的不公義之人尤其金毛鄧健國真的要小心報應。
徐枫，陈凯歌真的很无耻，自己违约，反要污尊龙耍大牌。

He said that he wanted it that a good guy a bastard and a bad guy a seductive and handsome one...also the mapping of "the Last Emperor" and this movie was clearly stated which IS very interesting. I'm so happy that Cimino fully appreciated John's background of Beijing opera as well. Micky and John's combination was just a perfect match.
@@UnderratedActors I've been his fan for last 30 years since he had blown us away whole Japan. Thanks to SNS I've got to know all the disappearing period in Japan. Gee he's so famous in Mainland China....I feel so sorry he's been underestimated in the past but as Lisa Lu commented he must have won the Oscar if it were now as China has become the 2nd super power now. When he was so popular in Japan, they say that they didn't have TV at home in most part of China (where my dad came from)

In my opinion , John Lone is really better than Mickey Rourke at acting , Because "Joey Tai "，Michael Cimino give John Lone so much to fulfill himself . In fact ，John Lone indeed have powerful capability , win Mickey Rourke by his actual strength ! Not to mention that earn recognition from Michael Cimino !!!
So , I think "Year of the Dragon" is a good film . Not like most Chinese say that : this is so ridiculous & pure slander for our Chinese people !!! And then..." Year of the Dragon " was off big off the big screen...the film is on...just for one week...in USA...What a shame !!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭
