Episode Description: When Bill gets amnesia and forgets what a cartoon is, Toony tries to help him remember by showing him some examples of what can be possible in a cartoon.
Seeing just Bill and Tooney and gang without the cartoons is like watching the Price is Right and not seeing the games !
