VCB was even bigger than the twins coming out of high school and went on to win multiple medals on the world stage. She was winning while she was heavy so I am not concerned about the weight of the twins. This is their first year as professional athletes. Give them time to mature. Tina will definitely be a world beater. She has proven it at the under 20s. Give her a couple of years. Usain Bolt failed miserably in his first Olympics in 2004 and world championships in 2005 but we all remember what happened between 2008 and 2016. Dont be too quick to write of these young ladies.
One thing that mankind never disappoint me with. Unuh ago always judge people. Once people a win unuh a dem a friend as dem start loosing quick quick unuh mouth change
Hehehehehehe! A tell yuh!
@@JayDublow this is not good man with sum of tongue.. people talking absolute sh@#T their is whole cavalry behind the Twins ..are people that dum! lol.. thanks for the uploads they are priceless.

Facts
That’s Jamaican ppl for you.
So much to say, man. Glad to see the twins dropping some weight. At this stage, it’s a bit slow going for them, but let’s see what’s up in a month or so. Wishing them nothing but success and health. Glad to see Jonielle Smith coming along. She’s wicked on the 4 by 1 relay if she doesn’t make the 100M.
They were pressured early. Now the faster sprinters are popping up all over country !
It’s like they go to MVP and just not improving
Tatjana Pinto has a beautiful running style very similar in nature to Elaine Thompson-Herah
I agree
Are people really going in on the twins like transitioned 2yrs ago? What were people expecting? They will need a little time to adjust and be ready for the pros.
just need to continue training it will come over time. its the process trust the work any athlete knows that
What type of Track Meet was this ? i.e. High School.
it's hard to run fast when you're too heavy ...Sha'Carry got skinny (got rid of some muscle bulk) and is blazing the track❗
True. See Rickiann Russell dropped lbs and is faster than ever now. I’m wondering why coaches or the the twins themselves didn’t manage their nutritional intake after HS
@@BlackAfrikan it's a very touchy subject especially with female athletes but clearly an issue for some
It’s a reality check that they must address without useless emotions. In any offseason, the onus is on the athletes themselves to manage nutrition and weight…then the coaches must step in if athletes need help. I don’t see the big deal when females know what they’re doing to their own bodies…unless medical issues. Guys get out of shape often in Jamaican athletics, also. Even Rickann Russell just stated that she was overweight. They must deal with facts and realities, and leave the emotions behind.
@@BlackAfrikan it's an extremely sensitive emotional and psychological issue and we must be mindful and sensitive
@@BlackAfrikan when they develop and loose the weight naturally is better than being forced, weight will stabilise naturally and little or no health problems will be experienced.
Big up under twenty boy cambell at the cafifta 50th 2023 he should be gling to world championship this year
Everybody's a coach now........ telling the athlete's what the need to do to run faster etc etc. I guess yall are more qualified than stephen francis himself then looool
😅🤣🤣lol! It would appear so!😅
Well, let's take a look at the animal kingdom. Which is the fastest cat in it? The Cheetah 🐆. The other big and powerful cats are no match to the lanky streamlined speedster. You get where this is going, right?
Big coach lol
@@samsson6430 bad analogy
@@ayanareid1357 Ok, let's look at the fastest dog then, the Greyhound. It has a streamlined body shape like the Cheetah. Perhaps nature is trying to tell us something. More muscles means decreased speed. But, perhaps you don't understand what it means to make an analogy.
I agree the twins look sluggish but Jeter was thick but still fast.
Congratulation
...hmmm...😮...all have reasons...
Its not happening right now for the twins i'm not seing the transition
They are only 18.They have a lot some time to improve
I don't care what nobody say...the twins fine as hell with they thick thighs.....they don't need to lose weight to be faster...look at bo Jackson from the NFL...he was 225 and ran a 4.2 40 yard dash...they just need training
We all know the twins are fast but I imagine they'd be much faster if they were to lose 6-10lbs.
Does anyone know any top athletes with such a high body fat percentage?

Last evening. Not a lot of fans at all.
Was planning to go live but did not get another capable camera in time. Next time perhaps
@@JayDublow hey man...did anyone know the issue with Tina?
@@jonepic8100 nothing in public from my end yet, but the issue seem well known. Hope they sort it out asap
@@JayDublow uploading it in videos is good enough. Thanks a lot 👍
People have to understand that the Twins are not in high school anymore.where they have to lived on camp..and only ate a small breakfast in The mornings after running a few miles and training again in the evenings with a little rice and chicken after. Now they have sign a contract and got lots of money to spend buying their own food and whatever they want...they are going to get bigger on weekends they dont have to be hungry no more or be restricted to camp
Completely opposite they can not eat whatever they want. It's a strict program with nutritionist. It's not only training.
@@charmainehayles4477 , you make way more sense than Don Dadda! Don Dadda have it backwards!
Hope the twin is Ok
I am not liking their form at all. Does not look to me like there is much improvement, still leaning over, but then again what do I know.
But wait. I thought the twins were running 10.60s in middle and elementary school?
Whey uh get that from
You meant 11.60
world star pinto
Dont know what to say about the twins especially Tina, something is not right, they dont seems to be enjoying running. I understand the transition to pros yeah, but the talent of Tina Clayton my expectations was like 10.9s not this backward movement. I dont know if its injuries cuz according to Usain Bolt years ago many athletes leaves champs and enter pros Injured. So right now me nuh know but meca Pree the thing.
What backward movement?
@Noel Bartley she's not running good times, and seems to be struggling. I've said months ago how big her legs are,so I don't know.justca pree the thing.

Tia Clayton fakes! Anytime she losing she act like she pulling up and gives up
On dat wasn’t tia u talk too much
Still think the twins thighs too thick they need to shed pounds.
I see sometime Shelly thighs looks heavy and she slims down. Just think they carrying too much there and they are not tall.
Not everybody will built the same way. there thighs are naturally big, look at there upper body and there legs they are small but the thighs are big.
@@deneisha21_ I know everyone body is built different but they probably need to lose some muscle mass.
Everybody turn coach now smh

Not feeling the twins at all
Yes the twins is fast but did they get the testorei nonsens test by the world atlete team so called bosses and was those twins from africa?
toooooo much bulk.
These girls need to retire or stop running because these times are extremly slow
Go find a hobby thats what you should do
Stop the negativity plz
Are you aware of all that Usain Bolt and SFP went thru before becoming the best? It was a long journey... they didn't do it overnight.... Giving up isn't the answer, persistence is the answer... If you have that mindset you clearly need to change it...
tina needs to get shredded and drop about 20lbs.
The Magic word MVP has FAILED more promising Jamaican TRACK-STARS than any other Club. MVP has more FAILURES than WINNERS by percentage. One the CLUB is CROWDED thinking that MVP has the automatic track and field FUTURE. How many SPOTS are available to make the Jamaican TEAM while trying to make money on the International TRACK Scene. Now you're HEARING a LOTS of unknown names of Jamaican KIDS who are on TRACK SCHOLARSHIPS that are DOING -GOOD at track while attending College. If they do not make the Jamaican TEAM, of which is SECONDARY, but consistently making their College TEAM. They're GUANRATEED an EDUCATION. If the TRACK-FAILS them ,they still have their DIPLOMAS are DEGREES to FALL back on.
Go suck out u muma brawling
What is your problem?
Do you have a beef with MVP? For your information most o who turn up at MVP are students at Utech..The twin are the first that go pro first before actually starting school .So this argument about going college and doing well is not compelling. For one thing those in US on scholarship were recruited. .Second you implied that athletes at MVP turned down scholarship to go pro do you have evidence of this?. None of the athletes from Asafa to Nests to Shelly went to MVP as pro athletes. While I don't know the details it is likely the club have recruiting drive among Utech student population. Stop spreading things that is obviously not true
@@noelbartley1084 obviously the person does. How dare he say a thing like that bright bad!!
Do you realize that all those MVP athletes have education.?Take Julian Forte and Chad Walker both injury prone.Forte was educated at Utech while doing track.Walker did not go pro obviously because of injury but go check if he didn't get An education. Many of you including Mr Lewis need to find out before making the kind of comments you do
stay in school.
They are in college
Huh .You know how many their age are working?
@@deneisha21_ They're not in any COLLEGE. It's a LIE. They were drafted by the TRACK- CLUB MVP to make them money. If that does not happen they will be KICKED to the CURB like many before them. It would be best if the Twins had applied for TRACK-SCHOLARSHIPS where they would get a GUARANTEE Education without even representing Jamaica. How many KIDS LIVES has been DESTROYED by MVP. When the same KIDS could have had a TRACK Scholarship. MVP is a business to make money on the Diamond league CIRCUIT. It is 1out of 10 that might even make the Jamaican TEAM. And after that, 'WHAT"
@@deneisha21_ I didn't think you could do both (go pro and be in college) unless you pay your own tuition and not represent the college when you run. Someone PLEASE correct me, if I'm misinformed. Thanks
They are in University! I hope you’re in school or even went.
