Thank God for your straightforward and step by step instructions. The instructions that come with it are not even close to being able to follow. I will tell you that my instructions include two more steps at the end that are not included in the video. After pressing that button except the button to program it I needed to go back to the Learn button on the garage door opener, wait for the LED light and then press the remote control again until the garage door opener lights flash and two clicks are heard. You got me started and I could figure out the rest. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Thank You so much.. I programmed and was wandering why its not working.. it was like i have to press 5 time to open and another 5 times to close as soon as soon i pressed “another button” it started working.. 🤪😅
If it's an 893Max it would have the button inside the slot on the back of the remote you use the visor clip to push it to. look at the video around the 56-second point you should see it. NOTE There is an 893LM remote that does not have that button/capability.

FWIW: it's important to press "any other button" to complete the programming sequence. If you don't, the remote unit will only work sporadically.

My remote doesn’t have button on the back it is a 893 Max

Mine doesn't have a button on the back
Mine use to close the garage door after some minutes, but now its not doing it. Not sure If I pushed some buttons on my remore and changed something.
