It’s okay. Don’t feel embarrassed. I’m an autistic, and I’m actually proud of it. I personally consider it to be part of my personality. Sure there are some things that are a bit difficult to deal with, but eventually you do get around it.
In terms of this example you showed, I get overstimulated almost daily 24/7, it’s even difficult to sleep so I take medication. When I was younger, I needed toys and other things for my sensory disorder.
So pls again…don’t ever feel embarrassed. 😊

As an autistic person I love/hate the Autism/sensory issue Alhaitham because it's so insanely relatable. Just like haithem I almost always have earbuds/headphones in due to sensory issues with sound

I like portraying it as the way my sensory overloads affect me, for me, everything feels like I’m disconnected and nothing is real when I go into a meltdown, and so when Kaveh helps him out of it it brings the colour back into his world 🥹
