Correction 02-04 Rsx type s had the k20a2 with 200hp like you said but 05-06 like mine came with a k20z1 (not k20a2) that made 210

Hey bro, sick car I also have a black type s on rpf1s lol but I had a question about the exhaust. Is the alpha header a direct bolt on to the hks exhaust that’s what I’m trying to order but I don’t want to have to weld something.

I appreciate that. Honestly I bought the car with this exhaust set up so I’m not sure but if I were you I’d look on forums about the fitment because I’ve heard horror stories about the alpha header fitment in general a lot…

I own a black 05 type s with skunk2 alpha headers + hks hi power exhaust. They bolt right in but you need to remove the oil filter to fit them in, they’re also very tight in there with a stock sway bar.

That’s a nice type s I also hage a type s ur k20a is incredible don’t sell it it my type s also has tons of clear coat chip and bad paint fade man good luck drive safe don’t drive fast a coupe of VTEC pulls don’t hurt but man don’t drive fast I’m also in college lol broke no job I apply no luck Man don’t sell for low I got my 04 type s for 5300 from 5900 the car all types of fucked up I spent 4000+ in maintenance repairs all it needs now is paint job man sell it for 7-8 or 10 man frr I got mine at sd where I’m from know ur car rsx are rare but if it isn’t type s and check engine yea that’s loss money I got smog and stickers updated too clean if you do that yea boost up price man frr rsx are rare
