  • The plaintiff brought her car to the defendant’s shop for repairs, but when she got it back, she claims the vehicle was undrivable, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says he did some work on the plaintiff’s car, but when he cut away the quarter panel, he noticed the frame was rotted. The defendant told the plaintiff the car was unsafe to drive, but the plaintiff didn’t want to hear that. Instead, she took the car somewhere else and wrote bad things about the defendant on Facebook, so the defendant is countersuing for defamation of character.

I'm sorry but even a limited edition tacky car is still a tacky car 😭

  • @shaund9759

I love how people think a bad review is defamation. 😂 Like bro.

  • @ThunderingThighs

Ignoring a customer isn’t going to make them go away. If only he would have communicated with the plaintiff, things may not have ended up in court.

  • @3l3llala13

Good for the lady for not taking threats from the defendant and knew to call in the cops when she took her car back.

  • @cowgirlbebop14

The defendant doesn't need to be in business. If you give a low quote because times are slow then that's just the risk you take. You can't then put those jobs on the back burner because more lucrative works comes in later.

  • @mikesteele05

Why didn’t he just put the car back in it’s original condition and give her the money back? Like, dude…

He countersue her for defamation. In his case, as a businessman, it means that she damaged his reputation, but at the end when he talked to Doug, he said that he got more customers, it was beneficial to his business. So, did he basically sue her for doing good to his business? 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  • @WonderingHead

Well she wanted cheap. As the judge says "the cheap comes out expensive"

  • @mraburles

I love how the judge glossed over the fact that she sent someone to intimidate him... smh

  • @jameskeller3547

He did something he rarely does..He bit off more than he could chew 😂

  • @Julie-sl8ul

He can barely stay awake! I can't imagine him doing heavy-duty work.

  • @alejandrablake3304

    The plaintiffs came prepared!!!!!

  • @shayna2562

Short haired woman behind the plaintiff is listening so intently, it's making me laugh

  • @billmoran3219

She bought an eleven year old car in Minnesota and expected it not to have rust... what’s the next punch line to this joke . Regardless defendant bit off more then he could chew and I think judge ruled right.

  • @adrianknight1406

I can understand the plaintiff being upset in this circumstance. I'd be just as disappointed and dissatisfied. The car in question is in worst condition than it was before he had it.

  • @markbrandon7359

No way can a man so big he can hardly pick himself off the ground be a bodyman.

  • @laurabg379

He is lying his ass off. Nobody's like Oh look this guy did some horrible stuff to this chick's car let me hire him to do mine 😂 He's just trying to save face.

  • @hadley407

What happened to being able to get the “benefit of your bargain”? When she struck a deal for $1500 to get all the rust fixed she should have gotten that deal regardless if he had to pay someone else since he breached the contract

  • @1967davethewave

If you take a rusty car to get repaired and repainted and they tell you 2 to 3 weeks and $1500, run, run as fast as you can. MAACO will do a decent paint job for $1500 or so but that includes ZERO bodywork. And rust repair is some of the most expensive body work there is. I once repaired the bedsides of a Ford F150 with rust repair panels and then the owner took the truck to MAACO to get it painted. It looked really good and I charged $800 for my part. But the rusted areas were very small compared with the disaster this lady's car is. If she want's something rare 4000 isn't that low of production number. Try buying a '71 Hemi 'Cuda convertible. They only made 5 or 6. That is rare by my standards.
