The sealing machines are meant for capping of vials for injectable products and are a critical part of the production process, since they guarantee the hermetic seal and therefore the integrity of the drug inside the container.
The ALU Series of cappers consists of both continuous and intermittent motion rotary machines for the application and sealing of traditional aluminium caps, flip-off caps and even special design caps. Designed to guarantee a capping process with low particle generation, these machines are suitable for installation in conventional type contamination-controlled environments and under isolator.
Cap sealing is carried out with an idle edging roller and by rotation of the container support plates. AISI 304 or AISI 316L Stainless steel construction and cGMP compliance.
