Hi here is the Epson EH-TW9000 home cinema projector with flash error both the temperature and lamp indicators flashing.Please do not attempt to continue to power unit up with this error or further damage may occur JVS Visual in the Midlands repairs this error for around £200.00 including parts, for service and repair come to the best come to JVS the number 1 service center in the Midlands projector repairs Birmingham projector service

I have this issue on a 6010. The only difference is that the fan kicks on high when the lights are flashing red. Then it just shuts down. I'm unfortunately not in an area with an "authorized service center". Not sure if it's something I can fix or if I'm just out of luck... any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi John, I'm having the exact same problem with an Epson 5020UB. I bought it second hand for $50 but was told that it worked fine until after a lightning storm. I've only powered it up once and received the error so I shut it down and started researching on the web. Do you have any suggestions? I've called Epson and they don't have a service center near me so I would have to send it 300 miles for repair or send buy a refurbished on from Epson. Thank you
