I know one of the points is to talk to the camera. I’m saving up for a new mic but I’m trying to focus on gaming videos would it be enough to start growing by just posting 1 minute or longer videos of just gameplay? Maybe some text to speech subtitles over it?
I can see tiktok go more down CZcams's route, demonetizing or muting copyrighted music but also promoting the use of copyright free/royalty free music, NCS are an absolutely great channel for stuff like this!

I’ll be honest man. I tried doing the horizontal long form content this week and it didn’t perform nearly as well as the traditional format. The content that seems to be winning is traditional vertical format that is edited within the app with a compelling story. I made the switch and instantly saw better results..
100% this isn’t about today, but what’s coming! If you didn’t get that notification, you won’t get pushed. But when they have a new tab for horizontal video, you’ll def wished you mixed some in!

dont know what to say.. i have literally done everything you guys say to do...good videos, key word search , hide them in the video, good description with keywords and hashtags... trending audio, original audio..everything... as a a singer/music artist..im doing all i can and just never ever get more than 300- 500 views...

Basically... Tik Tok is becoming CZcams.
I make videos.. let me explain this... when you upload something to TikTok... it breaks into the video file on your actual device... post something.. go back into your videos... and you will notice it's on the actual file.... they even broke into my KineMaster... that needs to be shut down permanently..!!!!!!
As a full time video editor tiktok baffles me lol I noticed very poor quality edited videos do super well and anything fancy doesn't! makes no sense but either way I am still trying. The point system I understand but im sorry the crap ive seen doing well proves people are strange

What you may know is that at the second you enable the creativity program, 9 out of 10 videos you post will be stuck to the ground dur to all the infinite moderation rules they have, and it seems that they don't push monetized videos as they should because they'll have to pay you. I've heard at least ten creators who gave the same feedback. To be honest i'm pretty viral on TikTok and my content is 100% original long form videos talking to the camera, i have 600k to 900k views in each video i post, but i don't want to see my content and my reach getting killed after all the hard work i do, only to win pennies. So, THAT IS A BIG PROBLEM with TikTok and creators are starting to understand that maybe it's better to stay out of the creativity program and instead find other ways to get money on TikTok. What kind of complexe and simple answer can you give me for that feedback i gave you ? By the way i like your content
