In case anyone's wondering, Philosykos EDP is deeper and woodier than the EDT, while the EDT has more of the green/fresh notes. Also, EDP lasts way longer - about 4 hours on me while EDT vanishes in 20 minutes tops.
This is so weird lol. The Edt lasts for hours on my skin, whereas the EDP vanishes too fast on my skin. I do love them both though.
Nest indigo is a great fig/tea scent. Highly recommend

A fig scent in my collection is Adults by Kilian! It’s really fresh, green, with some sweetness on the first spray and then it dries down to a slightly woody, powdery fig scent on me

I love fig!! I normally gravitate toward fig candles. I’m not the biggest perfume connoisseur but I do have Philosophy’s sweet vanilla fig and Philosophy’s Pure Grace Summer Moments. I love SWF for fall and winter and the Summer Moments (lemon & Fig) for warmer weather. Both are such cozy scents. Thanks for all the recommendations! I might try them via the dossier route. They have several of these. The Black Opium has me very curious with the coffee and jasmine!
I love the way you describe the scents! I'm getting back into fragrances lately. I'm really enjoying what Ellis Brooklyn has to offer. Have you tried anything from Phlur? Missing Person is the one that's all over social media right now, and it's good, but Ameline and Lost Cause are my favorites so far.
I just ordered Fig Tea by Essential Parfumsi and I think you would really enjoy that one if you like your fig fragrances its also pretty affordable in comparison to other high end scents. I cannot wait for it to arrive its supposed to come on Wednesday. BDK Gris Charnel is definitely on my wish list and le labo's tea fragrances are all something I want to get my hands on eventually but they are $$$ so have to save up for sure! I love your perfume videos :)
My favorite summer fig is Womanity from Mugler. Very unusual, but omg! So beautiful
Fig Infusion by Essential Parfums is one of my favorite perfumes of all time! Fresh and green fig, and a very balanced perfume that doesn’t lean too sharp or heavy, and probably likable for most people. The imagery that this scent brings to mind is sitting in the shade of a giant fig tree while being surrounded by flowers that still carry the freshness of morning dew.
Womanity from Mugler and Fresh Fig from Laura Mercier are beautiful, highly recommend. I'm definitely going to try out The Matcha, it sounds lovely! x

Armani Prive Figuier Eden (EDP) is the most beautiful unisex fig scent. It lasts all day and is my go-to winter scent. It feels like it is cuddling me and has lovely bergamot to brighten it up. I’m OBSESSED.
I love fig notes too! Just bought Figfever from Hermatica. So yummy. It’s the best of both in the world of figs- the green and the sweet!

A nice citrusy fig with white florals is Lubin's Attique. I opted for it rather than Philosykos because I felt it was slightly more fresh and sweet, which I prefer.
I've been tiptoeing around Debaser too, it is indeed challenging. DS & Durga are all very artsy statement fragrances. You really need to be in the mood. But I own Radio Bombay and haven't regretted the purchase so far.

To me it smells just like the Diptyque Figuer candle. It doesn’t last super long on me, but’s one of my favorite scents
Hi to all the fig fans! I suggest checking out Calypso St Barth’s Figue - fig, violet, tonka, musk, and vanilla are notes I’ve found for it, though it’s not on Fragrantica. Anthropologie carries it. I’m terrible at describing scents but I think it’s great. I REALLY need to try Thé Matcha. I’m glad I hung in there with Thé Noir, which I initially hated but now appreciate, but Matcha sounds like it might be a more immediate love for me.

I love a fig scent! my two favorites come from CLEAN RESERVE, but they're totally different. Citron Fig is fresh, crisp, and bright. White Fig and Bourbon is boozy, creamy, and decadent. I adore both.

You should try Nest Indigo! It’s a really nice fig-tea scent.
I also just got my hands on Clean Reserve Avant-Garden White Fig & Bourbon and it’s a really beautiful fig-bourbon-vetiver scent. It’s spicy and woody 😍
Fragrance can change on us during hormonal changes (like when Aunt Flo is visiting). A guy I dated a million years ago said I smelled like Voodoo Incense, when it was usually pretty. It was Magie Noir by Lancome.
The only one I have tested is Gris Charnel, and I am trying to wait until my birthday in July to buy a full bottle. It is totally addictive to me 🖤
Probably the only fig scent in my collection is Pinrose Treehouse Royal. Very green and fresh for spring. Love it!

Honeycomb by Library of Flowers/Margot Elena has a really lovely fig note. It doesn't last particularly long on me, but it's my favorite for getting ready for bed.
If you like fig, you might enjoy Nicolai Fig-Tea perfume. It’s one of my favourite summer scents, a bit on the sweeter side.
My favourite autumn-winter fig fragrance is Illusione by Bottega Veneta, simple fragrance but it's delicious.
Have you tried Kyse Perfumes Fichi e Panna? It’s a lovely creamy fig, one of my favorites.
Highly recommend Clean's white fig & bourbon
I love Dirty Fig by Heretic, it’s a little spicy and “red” smelling to me, i got it in a discovery set and loved combining it with Dirty Coconut, which is slightly boozy and vanilla-y. I really wanna try Brazilian Lime, Fig Leaves and Tea by Beauty Pie, and now Le Labo The Matcha!
I love Maria Candida Gentile's Syconium and Pierre Guillame's Jardins de Kerylos. highly recommend you give them a sniff. Syconium is warm and lactonic with the most beautiful sandalwood note ever, and Jardins de Kerylos is fresh and fruity, but not too sweet or citrusy. gorgeous, gorgeous scents.
Please try parfums de nicolai “fig-tree”. I think you will like it. I’m currently considering a full bottle.

I love Sun Fruit EDP. But not sure yet if Fig is a note I enjoy as you described Sun Fruit to be less of a fig note. 😊
have you tried James by Rosie Jane? I think you might like it! It does however also have those white florals added in but it dries down creamy and nice. I think its a great fig fragrance

I like the Philosykos EDP way better than the EDT. The Jo Malone Scarlett Poppy went bad on me after 6 months. Did you try the Jo Malone Fig and Lotus Flower? It's cute but a little bit generic in my opinion. What I wear a lot is the Armani Privé Figuer Eden. I wanted that one for 3 years before I got it. In my head it was a fragrance that would pair perfectly with "the little black dress" but now I use it as an everyday perfume 😂

I love sweet and adore Philosophy Vanilla Fig. I can’t do Le Labo the noir because I feel like I need some sweetness. The Comptoir Pacifique fragrances are wayyyyy too sweet for me. It gives me an instant toothache lol.
Have you tried Imaginary Authors Whiff of Wafflecone? It has a really interesting burnt sugar cone type of smell but I love it

Not a perfume, but the Harry's fig body wash is sooooo nice. It's sold as a men's wash but I think it's a really balanced unisex scent - a little sweet and very warm and spicy.

Do you plan on doing a future video on budget/cheaper perfumes? It's hard to justify a scent over $100 even if I enjoy it
I would try imitation scents!! Much cheaper and still high quality. There are different companies that try to recreate bestselling scents. I’ve tried imitations of various Byredo scents from the Oil Perfumery, and they were all on point. Each was about $14-20.
How can you do a fig focused video without the legendary Womanity by Mugler?? It’s the ultimate fig perfume and you can’t convince me other wise 😌

I love fig, but I haven’t found the perfect fig scent yet. I’m working on it. I wish the Ariana Grande fragrance wasn’t an Ariana Grande fragrance because those sound like notes I’d like. Maybe I’ll try the Jo Malone.

Black Opium Illicit Green isn’t fig, I agree. It’s Black Opium with something maybe or barely. They’re not very distinct from each other imo. I like them both, but was disappointed by them basically being doppelgängers.

Philosykos EDP smelled like cat piss with my skin chemistry. 🙃 The Pacifica fig fragrance does really well for me though. Great budget option.

For some reason i thought you had fig and lotus flower by jo malone, like i remember you mentioned it some time ago. I got recommended womanity by mugler a couple of years ago when i was looking for fig scents but i couldn’t find it may be discontinued

I don’t have that many fig dominant fragrances but Premier Figuier by L’artisan Parfumeur is probably my favourite in my wardrobe (there’s an extreme version too, which I have not tried). I very much enjoy Philosykos as well. I also recently tried HITO by WA.IT - but I’m still getting to know it, I don’t think it’s a love for me right now but might be a creeper and I may turn around and become obsessed with it in a few months lol
