Running the Norfolk Coastal Trail Marathon, by Positive Steps Events, on the 21st September 2019. Follow Giles Thurston as he experiences his personal highs and lows of this running adventure, along the beautiful Norfolk Coastal Path.

Thanks for sharing, brilliant filming, it brings it all back. I really enjoyed it but found it really tough. Oh and that head wind!
