Shame on sharks for not correcting them about the correct valuation of both the companies as this show is for the support for upcoming start ups
If Company A is worth 10, company B is worth 20, the new combined company should be worth 30. They instead took average and said 15. (Not actual numbers). How can they make such a basic mistake as Vinitha pointed out. The Sharks jumped on that discount. Their other investors will not be happy about it, unless this was planned by them.
You are getting two big names into your table. Sometimes more than valuation, the names matter. Their inputs can give a 2X or 3X returns in next couple of years. By the way, I used Gear Head Motors & I must say it is a really good made E Bike for affordable price.
