  • Ankara might be the capital city, but Kahramanmaraş is Turkey’s undisputed ice cream capital. Atilla Kanbur is the fourth generation in his family to make delicious Turkish ice cream, churning out 5 tons of the sweet stuff a day. What’s so special about Turkish ice cream? It’s stretchy, it’s sticky, oh, and it doesn’t melt.

    • @niko1even
      @niko1even Před 3 lety +8

      the different taste is probably the goat's milk and the different vanilla that it uses. your regular storebought "regular vanilla" ice cream often uses fake vanilla, which tastes almost nothing like the real vanilla. The real vanilla has a sort of funky flavor, depending on how you would describe it, which is what you've probably tasted, real vanilla's good.

    One of the best things about this small and cute Kahramanmaraş City:
    *When the first snow of the year touches the ground* as a celebration of this, Kervan Patisserie takes out the ice cream container and distributes free ice cream to everyone until the ice cream is over.
    Update: Unfortunately the city has been hit by a 7.8-6mg earthquake twice and the aforementioned building demolished with the half of the city. Owner of the patisserie was found guilty for cutting the colons of the building. He is now a murderer and we don't use their products anymore. If you see any Alpedo or Mado please don't buy. He flew abroad minutes before his arrest warrant was issued, sadly corruption is big.

So,when we got the chance to take it,the man behind the stand have began to play with either the ice-cream OR with the cone itself and honestly,some of my family member start to take it seriously whilst i actually really enjoyed the show he have put on with this attraction and the ice cream was not even melting,not a bit,and my god,it was delicious.
