Just Before Christmas I HELPED A FAMILY Transform Their Yard

- The day before Christmas I drove by an overgrown house and decided to offer the owners my help, the owner of the house was very happy about it as he had broken his fingers shortly before and couldn't do it on his own, and the next day on Christmas Day they were expecting guests. The yard was overgrown, littered with fallen leaves, and the lawn was just missing due to rotted leaves. I started the job by trimming the hedges at the road, then trimmed the bushes inside the yard, then started the cleanup. The only thing that made the job difficult was the constant rain that had been falling for over three weeks, the weather was getting worse by the hour, the rain was getting heavier and heavier, my video camera was constantly flooding, so I had to go home and cover it from the rain, change into dry clothes and get a raincoat. When I returned, I continued cleaning with the Stihl BR800 blower and used the weed eater to clear the sidewalk of weeds. At the end of the job, the owner gave me a gift of Whiskey and Chocolate. The whole job took 5 hours and one full trailer.

This is the ideal time to trim shrubs and trees. In the spring they will fill out and be beautiful.

We have a lot of rain here in Germany at the moment and a lot of warning for floods and high tides in several areas

Wonderful job. Just when I thought you were finished you brought out another tool. Everything so clean and heights just excellently done. Every plant has their own boundary. It amazes me that how customers don't try and make things easier for you and toll up hoses or move waste bins, etc. Such a calming video. What a good job even in the constant rain. Everyone knows you are a whiz with hedge trimmers but I am always amazed by your clean up. With your trusty trailer a green bag, sturdy shovel and your mighty metal rake you make it appear effortless. But we know it is hard work. Thank you again. Such a good clean up~ now the owners can see the bare bones of their garden and can spend some pleasant hours over the winter planning what to do with the garden~ what to get rid of, what to improve, what to replace with something better, how to make the garden work for them [ seating areas etc], getting it all down on paper [ or computer] so as to start work in early spring. Wonderful.

Now that you've gotten the shrubs, grass, and edging taken care of; nice job by the way, the owners will be motivated to clean up the debris. There is a lot of rubbish. I don't think that the shrubs have been trimmed for some time. Watching from Oregon USA ❤️❤️❤️

What a fantastic job you did on this one. One of your best. Dealing with all the rain and heavy bags of debris was just super hard work. Hope that it does inspire them to finish the job by clearing out all the unnecessary things and maybe pressure washing it for the finishing touch. Great work.
