The fact that the lunar new year skins are so much better in the mobile version of a PC game is really weird to me,because normally the effects on these skins are so much more simple but in here even the effects look pretty.

actually, i was the one who did rylai seraphine first (content wise), after they changed her 3rd skill mechanic (it doesn't apply rylai effect at first), you can see my older seraphine video for that,
and that item is still a very good utility item on her, even as mage / mid laner if needed
