This is insane!! I was just testing the fight with Seren on the test worlds, I’ve never done it before and my main account is a hardcore so I want to be prepared before I attempt it. I would be a little scared to use this method tbh, way too much room for error 😅 but this is super impressive and I’ll definitely test it out to see how difficult it is
It locks you out of using a rock cake or locator orb during that special attack so you have to damage yourself with either a nightshade or nitroglycerin instead. The rock cake is used to keep your hp low enough before the special attack so that your damaging item of choice brings you below 20% of your hp
when a phoenix necklace activates, it will null any queued damage that has already been calculated e.g. the high damage move that seren starts after teleporting you
@TophersTv it's to damage you below the HP threshold that the Phoenix necklace activates, you can't use a Dwarven rock cake during that phase so you can use either a nightshade or nitroglycerin to damage yourself to activate it instead
@Hobbes_OSRS damn looks like I'm grinding out another 2 levels on my uim I can get her to like 100 consistently but then its a dice roll and I keep hitting 0. Which sucks when I can only do like 3 attemps a day because lmao uim

It's definitely terrifying being that low hp against that move but once you do it the first time around it's way less stressful lol. Goodluck!

It definitely helps since it hits the 25 damage cap and blood spells help you stay around where you need to be HP-wise
