Thank you for the video! Must have watched it a hundred times by now :D May I ask what regulators you are using for oxygen, dry suit, and diluent? And why do you prefer a scubapro regulator for the oxygen? Would you be worried about using a piston regulator in freezing conditions? Thank you for your time!
Thank you - it does for sure add failure points and it is possible to configure without splitters - but you end up with akward hose angles. So its a balancing act - I think generally the risk of these captured o-rings failing (especially in this case as they are all protected between BP and canister) is one I am (personally) happy to accept.
Hi Paolo - some time ago it was possible to buy an unannodised tube from jj. The coating was done in china to jj-ccr’s specs … but I have heard of anyone being able to buy blank tubes for a long time
@@gbdivering I’m searching the reference to order. Is it Nautec valves ? I don’t find this model on their site. Have you a link with description of valves ?
@@gbdivering I understand it was a special making. So, it explains it isn’t referenced on Nautec’s website. How can I order to you ? Is it possible to continue to communicate directly by mail ?
@@gbdivering I was not aware of how you would manually add Dil, for a Dil flush. I dive two different CCR which are not JJ one has adv and mav and one only has mav no adv. My interest in the configuration was wondering how you would do a Dil flush and cell check in the event if needed with no way to manually add Dil. Thx
Thanks ! Great video - just found your video series during my class with JP this week, very useful. Took my slightly longer to assemble yes... 😂
Super cool Oxygen & Tyre decals!
Good videos mate!
Great video. ❤ I was wounded if I could get some info about how you got the different canister for the jjccr rebreather
I bought bare cannister from jj and then we coated ourselves

Thank you. I don’t worry about piston in cold water :). I use mk25 a for back gas, mk11 for o2 and now mk2 for drysit
Thank you for the quick reply! @@gbdivering
Great video! But why would you use (3) splitters and adding 9 extra failure points (o-rings) ?

Hi, may I ask you info bout your gold anodization ? Have you made it over the black one or sand blasted before ?

Good job ! What’s the reference of black valves on your BO tanks ?
Thank you - do you want the number to order?

They are nautec - they did make special for me with g1/4 so I can install the manifold with swagelok parts. I do have some stock if you want them

How did you paint your can gold? Power coating?
It’s annodised just like the original black … but just a different colour
You need coffee for this..? I would have guessed Guinness.....
I've been trying to find out where the Dil mav is?! Does the gue jj not use a Dil mav?
Why would you need a DIL mav - you have ADV? Dil mav was only added after flow stop was added to pass CE WOB test in head down orientation.

Just press adv for dil flush
