I wish builders would place the living room area away from the master bedroom. The main breadwinners of the home need peace and quiet and if any other members of the home want to stay up later and watch tv ,the noise is just outside the master bedroom. Also closet size should always be bigger not smaller. Thanks.

Lovely home! Great ceiling height! I would reconfigure the master bathroom and add a bathtub! (I’d probably upgrade the kitchen cabinets as well)

They won't let you purchase 2 lots without purchasing 2 homes as well. They do have some larger conservation lots that may be available if you're interested.
It’s a nice model. I visited the model couple months ago but the kitchen island is actually extended. Any lake view available?
Yes it shows well! No Lakeview available at the moment. Mostly conservation and interior lots right now.
What are you best location you been to.. lake nona, clearmont, winter park ect?
Great question!! Very hard to pick one specifically because they all have their own uniqueness that I like! Will probably have to do a video covering these! Stay tuned!

From your experience do you find easier to get financing on the home through their partner bank?
Yes. We bought a house using their lender. They have about $20K in incentives. I don't know if things may have changed since then.

Hey bro it depends on what size and specs you're looking for but generally $250K to $300K will get you a nice new construction home in the surrounding areas.

Why is the home cheaper in Davenport?
Great question! The Davenport area is generally cheaper in most areas compared to Clermont.
Marlon J. Persaud, REALTOR® I’m Guyanese. Questions. Lol. Why is the Davenport area cheaper? Older neighborhood. Further from shopping? Less schools? Industrial area? Why?
It's more industrial and tourist based because it's in Polk County and closer to Disney vs Clermont which is more Residential based and in Lake County which usually gets a bigger budget from the state to make improvements etc. Schools are also a tad better as well but def great value in Davenport!

Beautiful home but the space to get around I the kitchen is bad you cannot open the oven door and stand in front of it. Or to mention one the fridge. These builders are cutting space left and right , family have to stay slim.

I am very tired of the open concept, every house you show looks the same. Their is no imagination used in the floor plans. It would be nice to see a house that has some privacy in it. Who wants to have their bedroom right off the living room where every one gathers? And if the kitchen is large enough, they don't need to have it open tp the living room. Sorry but this is my opinion.
Hey Marillyn I completely understand what you're saying! I actually might know of a few floorplans where the master is separate and a little more traditional. I will try to make videos of some of those for you and see what you think. 🙂
Agree with you totally! I HATE walking into a house and seeing half of it (living, dining, kitchen and family room) because its all open.
I, actually, kinda disagree and I don't even have kids. Those with a family want to see what everyone is up to. Makes sense. But, if you don't have people around... it's nice to enjoy the large space. This guy sounds enthusiastic about the place and he come off extremely likeable. That's hard to do.
Honestly...PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT put this guy in your videos again. Found your channel few months ago and subscribed. Been waiting for your new video...but this was VERY ANNOYING having this guy messing with the flow and vibe that you normally give off.
