Gotz 2 B Gel and Crème of Nature Mousse…I’m guessing any mousse of your choice would do the trick though,but make sure to have that particular gel…

If you use too much yes, I have experienced that, I just use a dime size of the yellow got2b and some foam at the roots to style then you should be fine.
