West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on May 22 asserted that she “will not accept” the Calcutta High Court order scrapping the OBC status of several classes in the State. She hinted that the government could challenge the order in the Supreme Court.

But West Bengal govt notify in 2015 my resolution no in my certificate is 2000 but I issue certificate in 2017 .My subcaste is also in central obc
list of obc .Is my certificate valid ?

In West Bengal the scenario is totally different,
See the latest Calcutta High court order.
From last 12 years the real obc categories (called as OBC B in west bengal) are the victim of vote bank politics.
They are getting reservations only 7% instead of 27% and 10% quota is reserved for Muslim communities (who are not even real obc ,even not listed in obc NCL central list) by the name of OBC A category illegally.
These are not my words,
All of above clearly mentioned in the court's order.

kindly explain what is real obc and what is unreal obc .... who said that obc B is real obc? learn to differentiate between central OBC and state OBC first..... In central, OBC candidates get 27%... but for state that percentage is totally different... Ans: obc categories which are included in central list through proper survey are real obc and obc categories which are included in state (majority in OBCA) list are the fake obc.
They are not obc s they are vote bank --> read high court order: it is clearly mentioned in page no 177😂
Q..... who said that obc B is real obc?
Ans: Majority of obc B are thereal obc as it is included in central list.
Before 2009 all 66 caste (out of 180🤯) are real obc because it was included in obc list through proper survey.

Ans:I know the difference bro , in central government er get 27% irrespective of religion,based on true survey,there is no partition based on religion ,
But in state obc quota there is separate 10% reservation for the all Muslim community (almost 97% population) on religion basis ,which is totally illegal."So the real obc gets only 7% instead of 27%"
Search the word "illegal" in the high court order,you will get the answer 😂

Ans: That's different case , in State of WB sc population is more so thare is 22% instead of 15%. There's no sub classification like SC A (97% from one particular community,added without survey and promote vote bank politics) get 15% and SC B gets 7 who are real sc 😂

I just want to say the state should give one obc quota irrespective of religion through proper survey, not all the caste from one particular community get 10% reservation benefit.
