I am so comfortable living alone and I hear everyone being so wierd and discouraging about the idea of living alone or moving out from my parent's home but for me it makes me feel sooooo independent and in control of my life. First of all congratulations to your new house. Everything looks fantastic!! And don’t worry about non-stick much at the moment, use wooden spoons and it should be fine. And, slowly when you are ready you can switch to cast iron. And, the dosa looked lovely!!

The wooden top jars can be found at HomeCenter at a much cheaper price - 800 for 6 pieces (Ocean).. Even when we moved in to our new house we wanted to avoid plastic stuff. So I have like 25 such Jars all from HC !
