I get that Totti is one of the most loyal, and possibly one of the greatest Italian footballers out there. Even with him retiring this season, I expected to see De Rossi as well in this XI, been with Roma for as long as I know.
Igor Akinfeev could be an honorable mention. Has been at CSKA Moscow since 1991 (as a youth of course) and was world class for the best part of a decade, if not more than a decade. Could easily have moved to a European giant but stuck with his CSKA. Very loyal imo.

Staying loyal for Bayern and Real are quite easy. Win stuff all the time and get paid well. But totti, no winning titles and cups every year playing for a team there but not quite for a while. Also his ability to play for as long as he has. Quite incredible
