I also got depressed after my first child I gained so much weight in the shortest time and I couldn't stand myself. I got depressed and I didn't even know I was until my husband stepped in. He helped me accept my new self and made me understand that after a child everything changes including my body. He helped me understand that it takes a lot and also time for a baby to fully grow inside the belly and be born and so it equally takes a lot to get the body to its initial size. With time I lost some weight (but not to my initial size). After having the second child I gained weight but this time around my husband helped me to prepare my mind even before I delivered and accept the changes that will come after. A husband is the closet to a wife and whatever he says dogs deeper than what any body else can say. A great lesson indeed.

There is always another woman involved when they start behaving this way, because they compare you to someone else. This happened to me. I decided to move back home and start business. He impregnated the lady and because she was a smoker and drunkard the baby was born with a serious defect.
