- In This short tutorial i have tried to explain the concepts in understanding the concepts of tissue repair. in this part 2. i have discussed in detail about Repair by connective tissue deposition. in teh process i have discussed various steps involved in scar formation, mechanism of angiogenesis, morphology of granulation tissue and concepts in tissue remodeling.

Question: How is the VSMCs regenerated in angiogenesis, is it deposited along with the basement membrane. Same question goes for the tunica externa.
Wound healing process use Aloe Vera gel. It's heal pink colour. And finally Black color changed. Why? How to remove?
