- The Geometry Dash Awards is a yearly event where levels, content, and users from the past year compete against each other in various categories. All nominees are based on community suggestions before a final vote is held to decide each category's winner. This video shows the winners of the 2023 Awards-the best that Geometry Dash had to offer in 2023.

The winners of each category will receive a badge on their Geometry Dash profile in 2.21. This will also be the case for future Awards, but not past ones. Note that a maximum of one badge will be awarded per category. For individual awards, the receiver of the badge is the user in question. In categories for specific works (all level categories and Best Video), it will normally be given to the uploader of the work on the given platform. However, the badge may be transferred to another single member of the work upon request from the uploader. Whether this is accepted or not is at the discretion of RobTop. We reserve the right to remove any awarded badges due to misconduct in the community at any time.

I think the best part is the video ended with the "geometry dash" time warp in dash, one of the hottest moments of the year. Still shocked 2.2 is out ❤

Also the GD community's opinions are much better than they used to be. this awards revealed that a lot of the most popular levels this year were actually the best ones unlike some past years

I was under the impression this was a mid year for Geometry Dash because I didn't play as much, but I can't say I still think that. Especially when the lookback on 2023 started rolling around, I started to eat my words. Good year of levels and choices, and one that will be nice looking back on as the last (almost) full year before 2.2.
